The format is individual — each person makes their own ring at their own pace, with the instructor moving between participants. The session takes 1–2 hours. There are three time slots daily: 10:30, 14:00, and 16:30. The studio is in Phaya Thai — easy to reach by BTS (Saphan Khwai, Exit 1) or Grab from anywhere central. You can be done and back in the city in a morning or afternoon.
